Don’t grow discouraged when things don’t happen as quickly as you want. Instead, focus on the fact that you are taking a step in the right direction each day. If you are better each day than you were the previous day, you will love the person you become when it is all said and done. lifehack.org

COVID-19 vaccines have been linked to myocarditis, which, in some circumstances, can be fatal. After reviewing over 1,600 case studies and eliminating duplicate studies, the researchers found potential causal links between COVID-19 vaccines and death from myocarditis using post-mortem analysis. In two cases, myocarditis was seen as a consequence from multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS). The number of days from vaccination to death was 6.2 (mean) and 3 (median). Most (75%) of the deaths occurred within a week from last vaccination. Most of the cases were males between the ages of 18-24. If the COVID-19 vaccines remain on the market for public use, urgent investigation is required for the purpose of risk stratification and mitigation in order to reduce the population occurrence of fatal COVID-19 vaccine-induced myocarditis. Up next week… Dr. McCullough, world renown cardiologist, has found a way to remove the dangerous spike proteins in people who have taken the mRNA shots. onlinelibrary.wiley.com

Regular exercise (any kind) may help ease depression and anxiety by: Releasing feel-good endorphins, natural cannabis-like brain chemicals (endogenous cannabinoids) and other natural brain chemicals that can enhance your sense of well-being. The exercise takes your mind off worries so you can get away from the cycle of negative thoughts that feed depression and anxiety. mayoclinic.org

Cost is an important factor when we're considering our health-care options. We want quality care that works without racking up unnecessary medical bills. A growing body of research shows that chiropractic is both effective and less expensive than more invasive medical treatments. In a recent study, researchers analyzed the medical spending of over 12,000 adults with spine conditions. They discovered that people who use alternative therapies have lower annual health-care costs compared to patients receiving traditional medical treatments. Chiropractic care contributed significantly to reduced costs since chiropractic accounted for 75% of alternative therapy use. Earlier research has found that chiropractic prevented recurring disability in patients with back pain which could help to minimize medical spending. Studies have also suggested that chiropractic cuts costs for patients by helping them avoid unnecessary procedures, tests, surgeries, and expensive drugs. Instead, chiropractors work to harness the body's innate healing capabilities. Chironexus.net

5 Raspberries possess almost 50% higher antioxidant activity than strawberries, 3 times that of kiwis, and 10 times the antioxidant activity of tomatoes. The biggest contribution to raspberries' antioxidant capacity is their ellagitannins (a family of compounds almost exclusive to the raspberry) which are reported to have anti-cancer activity. Vitamin C contributes about 20% of the total antioxidant capacity of this wonderful fruit. Whfoods.com
