1 Law of Attraction means you manifest what you think. If you have positive thoughts, you manifest positivity in your actual life. But if you have negative thoughts, you will only attract negativity. Limiting thoughts and beliefs will only bring flaws and negative things in your life. So, if you want to attract good things, start changing your thoughts from negative to positive. This acts as a signal to the Universe that you are only seeking positivity, and negativity does not have any space in your life or dreams.

In earlier times, mothballs were commonly added to storage bins, boxes, and trunks to prevent clothing made from natural fibers from becoming infested with moth larvae. Mothballs contain toxic chemicals, namely Naphthalene and paradichlorobenzene which are unsafe for people, pets, and wildlife. Both chemicals are fumigants, meaning that their volatile chemicals will vaporize at lower temperatures, such as room temperature. Naphthalene has been associated with adverse health effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness and difficulty breathing. Paradichlorobenzene is also a potential hazard, although typically less than naphthalene. Several safe alternatives exist to the use of mothballs, including cedar blocks or chips and essential oils such as lavender, mint and white camphor.

The next time you feel yourself getting hungry, test yourself. Drink a large glass of water and wait about 15 minutes. See what happens. If you are still hungry after you drink the water, you may be truly hungry. If you are just thirsty, the feeling will go away. If you are still hungry or if it has been several hours since you last ate, you may be ready for a meal or snack.

A recent study shows that chiropractic is linked to a lower risk of adverse drug reactions in patients with back pain. In this study, the authors looked at the medical records of over 19,000 adults in New Hampshire who had at least two doctor visits for back pain. 9,810 of these patients used chiropractic care; 9,343 patients used regular medical care. The researchers analyzed the number of adverse drug effects (ADEs) experienced by the two groups. The authors found that: younger patients were more likely to use chiropractic care; Non-chiropractic patients tended to have more health problems, in general, when compared to those who used chiropractic; Chiropractic patients experienced 51% fewer adverse drug reactions (.4% vs .9%) compared to medical patients; and 15 non-chiropractic patients were diagnosed with drug withdrawal, while zero chiropractic patients had drug withdrawal. Who do you know that could benefit from chiropractic care?

Blueberries keep you fresh, active, fit, sharp, and in a good mood, as they are very good anti-depressants. Interesting thing to know- the deeper the color of the blueberries, the richer they are in anti-oxidants and other medicinal values. Because they’re loaded with antioxidants blueberries help in preventing atherosclerosis, heart attacks, and strokes. So, eat them until your tongue turns blue and live a healthy, long life!
