(609) 748-0222If you don’t remind yourself often about what you need to focus on and why you are doing it then it’s easy to let hours and days slip away or to spend too much time on less important things. So create a simple reminder on a piece of paper. Example: write down… Your top 3 priorities in life right now; Your most important goal or new habit for the next 30 days; A motto or quote you want to stay focused on and live by at this time in your life
For the first time since the COVID-19 vaccination was released, AstraZeneca has stated that the medication can induce a rare side effect. In legal filings given to the United Kingdom High Court, the pharmaceutical company acknowledged that its COVID-19 vaccination “can, in very rare cases, cause TTS (Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome), which can result in blood clots and a low platelet count. This disclosure could lead to a multimillion-pound court settlement. AstraZeneca is facing class action lawsuits alleging that its COVID-19 vaccine caused serious harm or death in dozens of cases. According to one of the victims’ family members that was seriously harmed, “We need an apology and fair compensation for our family and other families who have been affected. We have the truth on our side, and we are not going to give up.”
In a study involving people over the age of 70 who have exercised regularly for years, scientists discovered that the participants’ hearts, lungs, and muscles were in equivalent shape to those of people in their 40s. Conversely, extended periods of inactivity can reduce metabolism and impair the body’s ability to control blood sugar levels, regulate blood pressure, and break down fat. One study analyzed data collected over 15 years and found that sedentary lifestyles were associated with an increased risk of early death.
Chiropractic Case Study: A pregnant woman at 26.4 weeks’ gestation presented with a chief complaint of severe pelvic pain and joint popping localized to the pubic area. Her pain was constant, sharp, throbbing, burning, and aching being a 10/10 on the pain scale (i.e., 0=no pain; 10=worst pain imaginable). Medical consultation resulted in the diagnosis of symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD). Her pubic region, sacroiliac joint, and lower back were tender to palpation. Stiffness of the lower back was noted on both sides. Orthopedic and neurological testing were unremarkable. The chiropractic exam revealed misalignments in the spine (vertebral subluxations) at the sacrum, pubic bone, C2, and C7.
Intervention and Outcome: Specific adjustments (Webster Technique) was utilized along with the use of other chiropractic techniques. Following one visit her SPD symptoms did not return throughout the rest of her pregnancy.
Conclusion: This case report highlights the benefits of spinal adjustments in a woman suffering from symphysis pubis dysfunction and subluxation.

Asparagus is loaded with nutrients and is a very good source of fiber, folate, vitamins A, C, E and K, as well as chromium (a trace mineral that enhances the ability of insulin to transport glucose from the bloodstream into cells). This veggie is a particularly rich source of glutathione, which is a detoxifying compound that helps break down carcinogens and other harmful compounds like free radicals. Eating asparagus may help protect against and fight certain forms of cancer, such as bone, breast, colon, larynx and lung cancers.
